TRIGON POINT

Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Trigon Point LLC (“Trigon Point,” “we”) collects through the website trigonpoint.com and through Chip Work, our Texas hold’em training app, including its web and Android versions. The short version: we collect very little, we never ask for your name to use Chip Work, and we never sell information.

Chip Work

Chip Work teaches poker with lessons, drills, and practice games played with play chips only. It involves no real money, no wagering, and no prizes.

What Chip Work records. To improve the app, Chip Work sends anonymous practice statistics to our servers:

RecordedExample
App opened, and whether this device has visited before“new” or “returning”
Which starting path and sections you use“Just play,” “flop drill”
How each practice decision was graded“opening decision — correct”
Play-chip result of each practice hand“+3.5 big blinds”
Lessons completed“lesson 2 done”

Each record is tied to a random code created on your device, not to you. Chip Work does not record your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, or the cards you were dealt.

Stored on your device. Your progress, settings, and that random code are saved in your browser or app storage so the app remembers where you left off. Clearing the app’s data or your browser’s site data erases them and starts a new random code.

Preview testers. People in our private preview may choose to give their name and email on the preview’s agreement screen; these stay in the tester’s own browser. Testers who send feedback submit it through a Google Form, which stores what they type (and the name and email they choose to include) in our Google account. Access to the private preview uses a one-time email code handled by Cloudflare.

trigonpoint.com

The website has no sign-up, forms, advertising, or tracking cookies. It remembers only your light/dark display choice in your own browser. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply.

Service providers

We use a few providers to run these services. They process information only to provide their service:

What we don’t do

Keeping and deleting information

We keep anonymous statistics as long as they help us improve Chip Work. Because they aren’t tied to your name, we usually can’t pick out one person’s records. If you want your records removed, email us and tell us the device and approximate dates you used it, and we will do our best to find and delete them. You can always erase what’s stored on your device by clearing the app or site data.

Age

Chip Work is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Statistics storage is limited to Trigon Point, and the private preview is protected by an email sign-in.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
